Privacy, without surprises.

This privacy notice is a launch-ready product draft and must receive legal review before live payments are enabled.

What we collect

We collect the email used to sign in; profile and listing details you provide; private device reference photos and ownership proof; Sponsor names, websites, notes, and creative; campaign status and fulfillment proof; support and moderation reports; security logs; and payment identifiers returned by Stripe.

What becomes public

Only approved listing fields are public: listing title, generalized city and country, device type, description, audience summary, estimated weekly views, and price. Reference photos, email addresses, account IDs, precise routines, ownership proof, payout details, private creative paths, and buyer/seller relationships are never part of the public marketplace API. The founding beta uses neutral device illustrations on public listings.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, review listings and creative, operate campaigns, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments and payouts, resolve disputes, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or opt people into marketing by default.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage. Stripe provides checkout, identity and business verification, payment processing, and payouts. Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, and security controls. Each provider processes limited data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and your choices

Draft listings and unused creative are removed on a routine schedule. Transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, and tax records may be retained as legally required. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@brandmydevice.com. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when we must retain them for legal or security reasons.

Security

We use passwordless authentication, row-level database access rules, private storage, short-lived review links, hosted payment pages, signed webhooks, request limits, and least-privilege public data views. No online service can promise perfect security; report concerns to ops@brandmydevice.com.

Children and international use

The marketplace is for adults and is not directed to children. Initial availability may be limited by Stripe Connect support, legal review, and our ability to support a country safely.
